Brewing Instruction

Take 10g (1 scoop) of Perfetto Papua New Guinea Mount Hagen Roast & Ground coffee
</li>

Pour 150-200ml of water over it and let it brew for 5-10 min. Then filter the brew through a fine sieve.

Add honey or jaggery according to your taste preference.

The climate and the volcanic soil are perfect conditions for growing and producing high-quality coffee. The coffee is dried for 10-14 days in the sun to desired moisture levels. Conditioning and dry processing happen with a strict quality control system all through from farming to dispatch stages.
