This chemical is thought to have health benefits. For high blood pressure, it might affect blood vessels so that blood pressure is reduced.
Brewing Instruction
Crush and grind the Green Coffee Beans
Take 15g (1 scoop) of grind coffee
Pour 150-200ml of water over it and let it brew for 5-10 min. Then filter the brew through a fine sieve.
The Green Coffee Beans Beverage is now ready to drink green coffee beverage pre/post-meal.
Add honey or jaggery according to your taste preference.
