We don’t have a return policy for edible goods. Non-edible good is returnable and refundable.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your request for return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
On refund, on any order, Good & Service Charge, COD charge and any shipping charge will not be considered. We do not refund any kind of taxes which has already been deducted.
For cancellation please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, once the order is ready to shipped it cannot be canceled.
Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be canceled.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chikoff.com and send your item to 5A, Earle Street. Kolkata-700026, West Bengal, India.
We will inform you that if the replacement can be done or not, the return request needs to be done within five days of receiving the order.
We have our own shipping partner to cater to all the shipping related needs. Our shipping charges are variable depending on the quantity of the goods purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and depend on the weight of the product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
